Verse 12.32

आधानल्ग्नात्सुतभेशजन्म भाग्येऽपि वा पुण्यवशाच्च वाच्यम्। आधनलग्ने शुभदृष्टियोगे दीर्घयुरैश्वर्ययुतो नरः स्यात्

胎児が宿った時のラグナ（アーダーナ・ラグナ）から見て、子供を表す第 5 室に生まれた場合、あるいは第 9 室に生まれた場合、その子供は過去世の善行（プンヤ）によるものであると説かれる。そのアーダーナ・ラグナに吉星からの視点（ドリシュティ）や合（ヨーガ）があるならば、その人は長寿であり、富と権威に恵まれるであろう。
