What Kundali is

Kundali is a free web tool that computes a sidereal Vedic birth chart using Swiss Ephemeris and a 38-layer Jyotish pipeline. It outputs structured data — positions, dashas, strengths — that you can read yourself or share with an AI of your choice.

What Kundali is not

Kundali is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or marriage counselling. It is a computation tool for reflection, research and curiosity. Do not use it to make decisions you would not otherwise make with a qualified professional.

Free and paid features

Core chart computation is free. Some features — such as detailed reports, additional charts, or subscriptions — may be offered as paid products. Prices are shown before you pay, in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and delivery by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Accuracy

Planetary positions are accurate to arc-seconds for dates between 13,000 BCE and 17,000 CE, using the Swiss Ephemeris (JPL DE431 data). Chart interpretations downstream (via ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Qwen) are produced by those third-party AI systems and can contain mistakes or hallucinations. Treat them as drafts, not verdicts.

Acceptable use

• Do not hammer the API with automated requests — there is a soft rate limit.
• Do not scrape or republish other users' chart slugs.
• Do not use Kundali to defame, harass or profile other people without their consent.

Third-party AI providers

When you chat with your chart, the chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Alibaba) processes the chart and your messages under their terms. We are not responsible for their outputs.

Liability

Kundali is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss, decision, relationship, investment, health, legal or otherwise, arising from your use of this tool or its outputs.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Kurukshetra, Haryana.
