Privacy Policy

This is the plain-English version. The short story: we compute your Kundali, we keep it long enough to show you, and we don't do anything else with it.

What we collect

What we don't collect

Payments

Purchases are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you pay, your card, UPI or bank information is collected and processed directly by Razorpay under their privacy policy. We only store the order reference, amount, status and the email tied to the order — enough to deliver your product and handle refunds. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

How long we keep your chart

Your computed chart is stored under a random slug (e.g. /c/abc123) so you can return to it and share the link. If you are signed in, your charts stay tied to your account until you delete them — you can remove any chart, or your whole account, from your account page at any time. If you computed a chart without signing in, it remains accessible by its slug; email [email protected] with the slug and we will delete it within 72 hours. We do not keep your chart for any longer than is needed for these purposes.

Sharing with AI

When you tap "Ask Your Chart Anything", your chart data is sent to the AI provider that answers your question so it can respond. Those providers have their own privacy policies, which we do not control, and may process the request outside India. We do not add tracking to those requests, and we don't send your data to AI providers unless you start a conversation.

Who processes your data for us

We rely on a small number of service providers ("Data Processors") who handle your data only on our instructions, to deliver this service:

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use one non-tracking cookie to remember your last computed chart locally in your browser. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and, where it applies to you, the EU's GDPR) you have the right to:

Grievance Officer

For any question, request, or complaint about how your personal data is handled, contact our Grievance Officer:

[[GRIEVANCE_OFFICER_NAME]], Grievance Officer
Email: [[GRIEVANCE_OFFICER_EMAIL]]
We acknowledge grievances and respond within the timelines required by the DPDP Act.

Children

Under India's DPDP Act, a "child" is anyone under 18. This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children, and we do not profile, track, or behaviourally target anyone. A parent or lawful guardian may generate a chart for a child in their care; by doing so they confirm they have the authority to provide that data, and it is handled as the guardian's data under this policy. If you believe a child has provided us data without such consent, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
