Privacy Policy

This is the plain-English version. The short story: we compute your Kundali, we keep it long enough to show you, and we don't do anything else with it.

What we collect

• Birth data — the name, date, time, city, latitude, longitude and timezone you enter in the form.
• Computed chart — the JSON output the engine produces from your birth data.
• Basic request logs — IP address and user agent, kept for up to 7 days for abuse and debugging only.

What we don't collect

• No accounts, no passwords, no email addresses.
• No analytics trackers, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no third-party ads.
• No selling of your data to anyone. Ever.

How long we keep your chart

Your computed chart is stored under a random slug (e.g. /chart.html?id=abc123) for up to 7 days so you can share the link. After that it is automatically deleted. You can request earlier deletion by emailing [email protected] with the slug.

Sharing with AI

When you tap "Ask Your Chart Anything", your chart JSON is sent to the AI provider you pick (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Alibaba Qwen). Those providers have their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We do not add tracking to those requests.

Cookies

We use one non-tracking cookie to remember your last computed chart locally in your browser. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Your rights

Under India's DPDP Act and the EU's GDPR, you can ask us to delete any data tied to a chart slug. Email [email protected] with the slug and we will delete it within 72 hours.

Children

Kundali is not directed at children under 13. If a parent generates a chart for a child, it is treated as the parent's data under this policy.
