आद्ये चतुष्के जननीकृताघैर्मध्ये च पित्रार्जितपापसङ्घैः । बालस्तदन्त्यासु चतुःशरत्सु स्वकीयदोषैः समुपैति नाशम्

ಆದ್ಯದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಯಿಯಿಂದ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪಾಪಗಳಿಂದಲೂ, ಮಧ್ಯದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದೆಯಿಂದ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಪಾಪಸಮೂಹಗಳಿಂದಲೂ, ಬಾಲಕನು ಆ ಕೊನೆಯ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಶರದ ವಯಸ್ಸುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ದೋಷಗಳಿಂದ ನಾಶವಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಪದ್ಯವು ಜಾತಕದ ಆಯುರ್ಭಾವದ ಮೂಲಕ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಜೀವನದ ವಿವಿಧ…
