अर्थस्वामिनि मुख्यभावजुषि सत्स्वर्थे कुटुम्बश्रिया सर्वोत्कृष्टगुणो धनी च सुमुखी स्याद्दूरदर्शी नरः । सम्बन्धे सवितुर्द्वितीयपतिना लोपकारक्षमाण् विद्यामर्थमवाप्नुयादथ शनेः क्षुद्राल्पविद्यारतः

ധനസ്ഥാനാധിപൻ മുഖ്യമായ ലഗ്നത്തിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുകയും, ധനം, കുടുംബം, ഐശ്വര്യം എന്നിവ ഉത്തമമായിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്താൽ, ആ പുരുഷൻ സർവ്വോത്തമമായ ഗുണങ്ങളോടും ധനവാസനയോടും കൂടിയവനും, പ്രസന്നവദനനും, ദീർഘദർശിയും ആകുന്നു. ആ ധനാധിപൻ സൂര്യനുമായി യോഗം ചെയ്താൽ…
