शौवं धाम बहिःप्रकाशकमरुद्देशो रवेः पूर्वदिक् दुर्गास्थनचधूलौषधिमधुस्थानं विधोर्वायुदिक् । चोरम्लिच्छकृशानुयुद्धभुवि दिग्याम्या कुजस्योदिता विद्वद्विष्णुसभाविहारगणकस्थानान्युदीचीं विदुः

शुक्राचे तेज बाहेर प्रकाशित करणारे असते; सूर्यासाठी पूर्व दिशा, वायू (पश्चिम) दिशा आणि दुर्गा, स्थान, चंदन, धूळ, औषधे व मध यांचे स्थान चंद्रासाठी आहे; मंगळासाठी दक्षिण दिशा चोर, म्लेच्छ, अग्नी, युद्ध आणि भूमीशी संबंधित म्हणून सांगितली आहे…
