द्विजवरकलहः स्त्रिया विरोधः स्वकुलजनैरपि कन्यकाप्रसूतिः । परिभवजननं परोपतापो भवति सिते शिखिवत्सरान्तराले

ದ್ವಿಜವರಕಲಹಃ ಸ್ತ್ರಿಯಾ ವಿರೋಧಃ ಸ್ವಕುಲಜನೈರಪಿ ಕನ್ಯಕಾಪ್ರಸೂತಿಃ । ಪರಿಭವಜನನಂ ಪರೋಪತಾಪೋ ಭವತಿ ಸಿತೇ ಶಿಖಿವತ್ಸರಾಂತರಾಲೇ ॥ ಶುಕ್ರ (ಸಿತ) ಗ್ರಹವು ತನ್ನ ವರ್ಷದ ಅಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ (ಶಿಖಿವತ್ಸರಾಂತರಾಲೆ) ಪ್ರವರ್ತಿಸುವಾಗ: ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠರಲ್ಲಿ ಜಗಡಆದ; ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ಉಂಟಾದ…
