गुरोरष्टकवर्गे तु शोध्यशिष्टफलानि वै । क्रूरराशिफलं त्यक्त्वा शेषास्तस्यात्मजाः स्मृताः

ಗುರುವಿನ ಅಷ್ಟಕವರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶೋಧನೆಯ ನಂತರ ಉಳಿದಿರುವ ಫಲಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು; ಕ್ರೂರ ರಾಶಿಗಳ (ಪಾಪ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ) ಫಲಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟು, ಉಳಿದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಆತನ ಪುತ್ರರೆಂದು ಅಥವಾ ಶುಭ ಫಲಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವವು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಬೇಕು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಜ್ಯೋತಿಷ್ಯ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಷ್ಟಕವರ್ಗ ವಿಧಾನದ…
