लग्नादिमन्दान्तफलैक्यसंख्यावर्षे विपत्तिस्तु तथार्कपुत्रात्। यावद्विलग्गान्तफलानि तस्मिन्नाशो हि तद्योगसमानवर्षे

ಲಗ್ನದಿಂದ ಶನಿಯವರೆಗಿನ ರಾಶಿಗಳ ಫಲಗಳ ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮನಾದ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಪತ್ತು ಸಂಭವಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಸೂರ್ಯಪುತ್ರನಾದ ಶನಿಯಿಂದ ಲಗ್ನಾಂತದವರೆಗಿನ ಫಲಗಳ ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮನಾದ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಶವುಂಟಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಜ್ಯೋತಿಷ್ಯ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಒಂದು ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮವಾದ ಕಾಲಗಣನಾ ತತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು…
