Verse 28.6

सुकुन्तलाम्बां सम्पूज्य सर्वभीष्टप्रदायिनीम्। तत्कटाक्षविशेषेण कृता या फलदीपिका

ここには、知識を求める者に対する謙虚さの教えが含まれています。どんなに高度な技術や理論を身につけても、それを実践し、他者の人生に光を当てうる「果実」をもたらす力は、超越的な恩恵なしには発揮されません。著者は自らの作品を、女神の慈悲深い視線が具体化したものとして提示し、読者に対しても、学問を追求する際に ego（自我）を捨て、より高次な源へと心を向けるよう促しています。
