Verse 7.16

नीचारिस्थैर्भवभवनगैः पष्ठदुश्चिक्यगैर्वा सौम्यैः स्वोच्चं परमुपगतैर्निर्मलैः केन्द्रगैर्वा । आज्ञां यते शिशिरकिरणे कर्कटस्थे विशाया मेकच्छत्रं त्रिभुवनमिदं यस्य स क्षत्रियेशः

ಚಂದ್ರನು ನೀಚ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾಗ, ಅಥವಾ ೨, ೩, ೬, ೮, ೧೨ನೇ ಮನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶುಭ ಗ್ರಹಗಳು ಇದ್ದಾಗ, ಅಥವಾ ಶುಭ ಗ್ರಹಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಉಚ್ಚ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾಗ, ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಲವಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ; ಚಂದ್ರನು ಕರ್ಕ ರಾಶಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿತನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಶೀತಲ ಕಿರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬೀರುತ್ತಾ…
