भूपः स्युर्नृपवंशजास्तु यदि दुर्योगे न जातास्तथा ह्यन्तार्धिर्नहि चेत्कराद्दिनकराज्जानाः स्फुरन्त्येव ते । त्र्याद्यैः केन्द्रगतैः स्वभोच्चसहितैर्भूपोद्भवाः पार्थिवाः मर्त्यस्त्वन्यकुलोद्भवाः क्षितिपतेस्तुल्याः कदाचिन्नृपाः
