यस्मिन्ग्रशौ वर्तते खेचरस्तद्राशीशेन प्रेक्षितश्चेत्स खेटः । क्षोणीपालं कीर्तिमन्तं विदध्यात्सुस्थानश्चेत्किंपुनः पार्थिवेन्द्रः

ಯಾವ ರಾಶಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಹವು ನಿಂತಿರುತ್ತದೆಯೋ, ಆ ರಾಶಿಯ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯಿಂದ ಆ ಗ್ರಹವು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಆ ಗ್ರಹವು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಅರಸನನ್ನು ಕೀರ್ತಿವಂತನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ; ಆ ಗ್ರಹವು ಉತ್ತಮ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ (ಉಚ್ಚ, ಸ್ವಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಅಥವಾ ವರ್ಗೋತ್ತಮಾದಿ) ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಆಗ ಆ ಅರಸನು ರಾಜರಲ್ಲಿ…
