もし、ある人の出生図において、劣勢（ニーチャ）にある惑星と、その惑星の支配星の両方、あるいはそのいずれか一方が、ケン德拉（第 1、4、7、10 室）に位置しているならば、その人は皇帝となり、他の王たちから崇拝される存在となる。
