Verse 7.7

निषादमपि पार्थिवं जनयतीन्दुरुच्चस्वभवस्थितग्रहनिरीक्षितो धवलकाम्तिजाल्लोज्ज्वलः । विहाय तनुभं कलास्फुरितपूर्णकान्तिः शशी चतुष्टयगतो नृपं जनयति द्विपाश्वान्वितम्

月が昇華し、自らの星座にあり、かつ他の惑星から見つめられているとき、それはニシャーダ（低出生者）でさえも王たらしめる。また、月が自らの星座を離れ、四つのkendara（角宮：1 室、4 室、7 室、10 室）のいずれかに位置し、満ち溢れた輝きを放つとき、それは象と馬を従える王を生み出す。
