जन्मेशोऽन्यैर्यद्यदृष्टोऽर्क पुत्रं पश्यत्यार्किर्जन्मपं वा बलोनम्। दीक्षां प्राप्नोत्यार्कि दृक् काण संस्थे भौमार्क्यंशे सौरदृष्टे च चन्द्रे

今日一日、自分が「所有している」ものや「所属している」役割の中に、どれほど自分の心を預けているか quietly に観察してください。ふとした瞬間に、それらを手放してもなお残る、揺るぎない内なる静寂や本質的な存在感覚に意識を向けてみましょう。外的な状況がどうあれ、心の奥底で出家者のような自由さを保つことができるか、その可能性に触れてみる時間を設けてください。
