Verse 17.10

नित्यं लालयति स्वदार तनयान्धर्मध्वजोऽधः कृशः स्वक्षः क्षाम कटिर्गृहीत वचनः सौभाग्ययुक्तोऽलसः । शीतालुर्मनुजोऽटनश्च मकरे सत्त्वाधिकः काव्य कृल्लुब्धोऽगम्य जराङ्गनासुनिरतः सन्त्यक्त लज्जोऽघृणः

ಯಾವಾಗ ಚಂದ್ರನು ಮಕರ ರಾಶಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತಾನೋ, ಆಗ ಆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ನಿತ್ಯವೂ ತನ್ನ ಪತ್ನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪುತ್ರರನ್ನು ಲಾಲಿಸುವವನಾಗಿಯೂ, ಧರ್ಮದ ಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತವನಾಗಿಯೂ, ಕೃಶವಾದ ದೇಹವುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿಯೂ, ಕ್ಷೀಣವಾದ ಸೊಂಟವುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿಯೂ, ಇತರರ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವವನಾಗಿಯೂ, ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯವಂತನಾಗಿಯೂ…
