Verse 17.13

बलवति राशौ तदधिपतौ च स्व बलयुतः स्याद् यदि तुहिनांशुः । कथित कलानाम्अविकलदाता शशिवद् अतोऽन्येत्यनुपरिचिन्त्याः

ಚಂದ್ರನು ಬಲವಾದ ರಾಶಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಆ ರಾಶಿಯ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯೂ ಸ್ವಬಲಯುಕ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅವನು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾದ ಕಲೆಗಳನ್ನು (ಚಂದ್ರಕಲೆಗಳನ್ನು) ನೀಡುವವನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಹೀಗಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಇತರ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಂದ್ರನಂತೆಯೇ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಊಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಚಂದ್ರನ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ…
