नीचो घटे तनय भाग्य परिच्च्युतोऽस्व स्तोयोत्थ पण्य विभवो बनिताद् ऋतोऽन्त्ये । नक्षत्र मानव तनु प्रतिमे विभागे लक्ष्मादिशेत्तुहिनरश्मि दिनेशयुक्ते

今日，请观察你内心“月亮”（情绪与直觉）与“太阳”（自我意志与 ego）的互动。当你感到焦虑、匮乏或不得不通过妥协原则来换取利益时，停下来问自己：此刻是否是我的自我意志过度炽热，烘烤并遮蔽了内心的清明与慈悲？尝试做一件微小但完全符合正法（Dharma）的事，不求回报，只为恢复内在的清凉与正直，以此作为对治“陷落”与“燃烧”的修行。
