निशि शशि कुज सौराः सर्वदा ज्ञोऽह्नि चान्ये । बहुल सित गताः स्युः क्रूर सौम्याः क्रमेण । द्व्ययनदिवस होरा मासपैः काल वीर्यं शरु बु गु शु च साद्या वृद्धितो वीर्यवन्तः

രാത്രിയിൽ ചന്ദ്രനും, പകലിൽ ബുധനും, മറ്റുള്ളവർ (ഗ്രഹങ്ങൾ) തങ്ങളുടെ ഉച്ചസ്ഥാനത്തോ ബലസ്ഥാനത്തോ ആയിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ശുക്രൻ ബലവാൻ ആകുന്നു; ഇപ്രകാരം ക്രമേണ ക്രൂരഗ്രഹങ്ങളും സൗമ്യഗ്രഹങ്ങളും ബലം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു. അയനങ്ങൾ, ദിവസങ്ങൾ, ഹോരകൾ, മാസങ്ങൾ…
