Verse 26.3

चन्र ज्ञ जीवाः परिवर्तनीयाः शुक्रार मन्दैरयने विलोमे । द्रेष्काण भागे प्रथमे तु पूर्वो मासोऽनुपाताच्च तिथिर्विकल्प्यः

月・水星・木星は順行の年に、金星・火星・土星は逆行の年に、それぞれ交代させるべきである。また、デカーナ（ Drekkana）の最初の区分においては、前の月を採用し、日付もその比例計算（アヌパータ）に従って調整しなければならない。
