Verse 3.1

क्रूर ग्रहैः सुबलिभिर्विबलैश्च सौम्यैः क्लीबे चतुष्टय गते तदवेक्षणाद् वा । चन्द्रोपग द्वि रस भाग स मानरूपं सत्त्वं वदेद् यदि भवेत्स वियोनि संज्ञः

凶星が強力で、あるいは吉星が無力であり、かつ中性の星が四つの宮に位置している場合、あるいはそれらの星からのアスペクト（視線）がある場合、月が双魚宮（ミーナ・ラーシ）にあり、かつナクシャトラの第 2 度から第 12 度の間に位置するとき、その人は「非胎生（ヴィヨーニ・ジャンマ）」と呼ばれる存在として生まれ、人間としての姿と精神を持つが、その本質はその名が示す通りである。
