सार्धोदितोदित नवांश हतात्समस्ताद् भागोऽष्टयुक्त शत संख्यम्उपैतो नाशम्। क्रूरे विलग्न सहिते विधिना त्वनेन सौम्येक्षिते दलम्अतः प्रलयं प्रयाति

ಉದಯ ಲಗ್ನ ಮತ್ತು ನವಮಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ, ಅವುಗಳ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಒಂಬತ್ತರಿಂದ ಗುಣಿಸಿ, ಆ ಬಳಿಕ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗ್ರಹಗಳ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿ, ಈ ರೀತಿ ಬಂದ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದಿಂದ ನೂರೆಂಟನ್ನು ಕಳೆದಾಗ ಉಳಿಯುವ ಭಾಗವೇ ಆಯುಷ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ವಿಧಾನದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಲಗ್ನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಪ ಗ್ರಹಗಳು ಸೇರಿದ್ದರೆ…
