Verse 1.133

विषमस्योदयो यत्र मनसाऽपि चिन्तयेत्। यात्रा हानिकरो तस्य मृत्युः क्लेशो न संशयः

ಯಾವಾಗ ಶ್ವಾಸವು ವಿಷಮವಾಗಿ (ಅಸಮವಾಗಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿ) ಹರಿಯುತ್ತದೆಯೋ, ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಯಾವುದನ್ನು ಚಿಂತಿಸಬಾರದು. ಅಂತಹ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣವು ಹಾನಿಕಾರಕವಾಗಿದೆ; ಅದರಿಂದ ಮರಣ ಅಥವಾ ಕ್ಲೇಶ ಉಂಟಾಗುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದೇಹವಿಲ್ಲ. ಶಿವ ಸ್ವರೋದಯದ ಈ ಪದ್ಯವು ಶ್ವಾಸದ…
