अनादिर्विषमः सन्धिर्निराहारो निराकुलः । परे सूक्ष्मे विलीयते सा सन्ध्या सद्भिरुच्यते

ಆದಿಯಿಲ್ಲದ, ವಿಷಮವಾದ (ಚಂಚಲವಾದ), ಸಂಧಿಯು (ಶ್ವಾಸದ ನಿಲುಗಡೆಯು), ಆಹಾರವಿಲ್ಲದ್ದು, ಕಲಕಲವಿಲ್ಲದ್ದು; ಪರಮ ತತ್ತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲೀನವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ; ಆ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನೇ ಸಜ್ಜನರು 'ಸಂಧ್ಯಾ' ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಶ್ವಾಸದ ಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ 'ಸಂಧಿ' ಅಥವಾ ಶ್ವಾಸದ…
