अथ तत्त्ववर्णनम्। श्रीदेव्युवाच । देव देव महादेव सर्वसंसारतारक । स्थितं त्वदीयहृदये रहस्यं वद मे प्रभो

ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ತತ್ತ್ವದ ವರ್ಣನೆ. ಶ್ರೀ ದೇವಿ ಹೇಳಿದಳು — ದೇವಾ, ದೇವಾ, ಮಹಾದೇವಾ, ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಂಸಾರವನ್ನು ದಾಟಿಸುವವನೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸಿರುವ ರಹಸ್ಯವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸು, ಪ್ರಭೋ. ಈ ಪದ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವಿಯು ಶಿವನನ್ನು ಮೂರು ಬಾರಿ ಸಂಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ — ದೇವ, ದೇವ, ಮಹಾದೇವ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು…
