Verse 1.140

ईश्वर उवाच । स्वरज्ञानरहस्यात्तु न काचिच्चेष्टदेवता । स्वरज्ञानरतो योगी स योगी परमो मतः

ಈಶ್ವರನು ಹೇಳಿದನು: ಉಸಿರಿನ ಜ್ಞಾನದ (ಸ್ವರ ಜ್ಞಾನ) ರಹಸ್ಯವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದವನಿಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವ ದೇವತೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಉಸಿರಿನ ಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರತನಾಗಿರುವ ಯೋಗಿಯೇ ಪರಮ ಯೋಗಿ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಸ್ವರೋದಯ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ತತ್ವವನ್ನು ಸಾರುತ್ತದೆ. ಬಾಹ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಪೂಜಿಸುವ…
