प्रथमे तत्त्वसङ्ख्यानं द्वितीये श्वाससन्धयः । तृतीये स्वरचिह्नानि चतुर्थे स्थानमेव चः

ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಹಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತತ್ತ್ವಗಳ ಎಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯುವುದು, ಎರಡನೆಯ ಹಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಸಿರಿನ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯುವುದು, ಮೂರನೆಯ ಹಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವರಗಳ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯುವುದು, ನಾಲ್ಕನೆಯ ಹಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯುವುದು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಶ್ವಾಸೋದರ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ಒಂದು ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧ ರೂಪರೇಖೆಯನ್ನು…
