मध्ये पृथ्वी ह्यघश्चापश्चोर्ध्वं वहति चानलः । तिर्यग्वायुप्रवाहश्च नभो वहति सङ्क्रमे

ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿ, ಅಧೋಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕಾಶ, ಮೇಲೆ ಅನಲ (ಅಗ್ನಿ) ಹರಿಯುತ್ತದೆ. ತಿರ್ಯಕ್ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಯುವಿನ ಪ್ರವಾಹವೂ, ನಭವು ಸಂಕ್ರಮಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಿಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಶರೀರದ ಮಧ್ಯಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೃಥ್ವಿ ತತ್ತ್ವವು ನೆಲೆಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಧೋಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕಾಶ ತತ್ತ್ವವೂ…
