यः समीरः समरसः सर्वतत्त्वगुणावहः । आम्बरं तं विजानीयाद्योगिनां योगदायकम्
ಯಾವ ಸಮೀರವು ಸಮರಸವಾಗಿದೆ, ಸಕಲ ತತ್ತ್ವಗಳ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತಿದೆ, ಆ ಸಮೀರವು ಯೋಗಿಗಿಗೆ ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವ ಆಂಬರವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಬೇಕು. ಈ ಪದ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವ ಹೇಳುವುದು ಸಮೀರದ ಸ್ವಭಾವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ. ಸಮೀರ ಎಂದರೆ ಗಾಳಿ, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ಕೇವಲ ಭೌತಿಕ ಗಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಸಮರಸ ಎಂಬ ತತ್ತ್ವ — ಎಲ್ಲದರ ಮಧ್ಯದ…
