Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel and when you are entitled to a refund. It covers two kinds of purchase: one-time digital chart reports and subscriptions / prepaid credits. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
Digital chart reports (one-time)
A chart report is a digital product delivered instantly the moment payment succeeds — the engine computes your chart and unlocks it in your browser. Because the product is generated and delivered immediately, it is generally non-refundable once delivered.
We will still issue a full refund if:
- You were charged but the chart never unlocked or failed to generate due to a fault on our side.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- The payment went through but the order was never created.
Subscriptions & prepaid credits
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
- If you cancel within 7 days of the first charge and have not meaningfully used the service, email us and we will refund that first charge.
- Unused prepaid credits are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase, minus any credits already spent.
- Renewal charges are not refundable once the new period has started, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address used for the purchase, including your order/payment reference (from the Razorpay receipt) and the reason. You can also use our contact form.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days and are credited back to your original payment method by Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first — we resolve most issues within a day. Raising a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
