Shipping & Delivery Policy

PI is a digital service. There are no physical goods, so nothing is ever shipped by courier or post.

How delivery works

• Your chart or report is generated by our computation engine and delivered instantly online the moment your payment is confirmed.
• The result is shown in your browser at a private link (e.g. /c/…) which you can revisit or share.
• If you provide an email at checkout, a copy of the access link may also be sent to that address.

Delivery time

Delivery is immediate — typically within a few seconds of a successful payment. There is no shipping delay because nothing is physically dispatched.

If something doesn't arrive

If you completed a payment but your chart did not unlock, please don't re-pay. Email [email protected] with your Razorpay payment reference and we will deliver your order or refund you. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Service availability

Our service is available worldwide wherever you have an internet connection. Some AI features depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable; this does not affect the core chart computation.
