आकृष्य प्राणपवनं समारोहेत वाहनम्। समुत्तरे पदं दद्यात्सर्वकार्याणि साधयेत्

ಪ್ರಾಣವಾಯುವನ್ನು ಎಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು (ಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಅಥವಾ ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸಿ) ವಾಹನವನ್ನು ಏರಬೇಕು. ಎಡಗಾಲನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟು ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯನ್ನಿಡಬೇಕು; ಇದರಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಸಿದ್ಧಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಶ್ವಾಸದ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮತ್ತು ದೈಹಿಕ ಚಲನೆಯ ನಡುವಿನ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಸಂಬಂಧವನ್ನು…
