Verse 1.278

रात्र्यन्तयामवेलायां प्रसुप्ते कामिनिजने ॥ ब्रह्मजीवं पिबेद्यस्तु बालाप्राणहरो नरः

ರಾತ್ರಿಯ ಕೊನೆಯ ಯಾಮದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕಾಮುಕ ಜನರು ನಿದ್ರಿಸಿರುವಾಗ, ಯಾವ ಪುರುಷನು ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಜೀವವನ್ನು ಪಾನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೋ, ಅವನು ಬಾಲಕರ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಹರಣ ಮಾಡುವವನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಸ್ವರೋದಯ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಗಂಭೀರವಾದ ನೈತಿಕ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ರಾತ್ರಿಯ ಕೊನೆಯ ಭಾಗವು…
