सूर्यचन्द्रौ समाकृष्य सर्पाक्रान्त्याऽधरोष्ठयोः । महापद्मे मुखं स्पृष्ट्वा वारं वारमिदं चरेत्

ಸೂರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಚಂದ್ರ ನಾಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸಿ, ಹಾವು ಹರಿಯುವಂತೆ ಕೆಳ ತುಟಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಮಹಾ ಪದ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿ (ಹೃದಯ ಕಮಲದಲ್ಲಿ) ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿಸಿ; ಈ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಆಚರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಪ್ರಾಣಾಯಾಮದ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ಹಂತವಾದ ಶೂನ್ಯಾವಸ್ಥೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇವಲ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು…
