आप्राणामिति पद्मस्य यावन्निद्रावशं गता । पश्चाज्जागृति वेलायां चोष्यते गलचक्षुषी

ಕಮಲವು (ಹೃದಯ ಕಮಲ ಅಥವಾ ಜೀವನು) ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಎಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರೆಗೂ, ಅಂದರೆ ನಿದ್ರೆಯ ಆಧೀನದಲ್ಲಿರುವವರೆಗೂ, ಆ ನಂತರ ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಠದಿಂದ (ಗಲ) ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮುವ ಶ್ವಾಸವು ಎರಡು ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸೇವಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ ಅಥವಾ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ನಿದ್ರೆಯಿಂದ…
