Verse 1.196

रागद्वेषौ तथा लज्जा भयं मोहश्च पञ्चमः । नभः पञ्चगुणं प्रोक्तं ब्रह्मज्ञानेन भाषितम्

ರಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ದ್ವೇಷ, ನಂತರ ಲಜ್ಜೆ, ಭಯ, ಮತ್ತು ಮೋಹ ಎಂಬ ಐದು ಕಾರಣಗಳು. ಆಕಾಶವು ಐದು ಗುಣಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಜ್ಞಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಇದನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವ ಹೇಳುವುದು ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಮನದ ಒಳಗಿನ ಐದು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು. ರಾಗ (ಆಸಕ್ತಿ), ದ್ವೇಷ…
