यत्र नाड्यां वहेद्वायुस्तदङ्गे प्राणमेव च । आकृष्य गच्छेत्कर्णान्तं जयत्येव पुरन्दरम्

ಯಾವ ನಾಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಣವಾಯುವು ಹರಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆಯೋ, ಆ ಅಂಗದಿಂದಲೇ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಎಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಕಿವಿಯ ಅಂಚಿನವರೆಗೆ (ಅಥವಾ ಕಿವಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ) ಸೆಳೆಯಬೇಕು; ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡುವವನು ಇಂದ್ರನನ್ನೂ (ದೇವತೆಗಳ ರಾಜನನ್ನೂ) ಗೆಲ್ಲುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಸ್ವರೋದಯ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಶಕ್ತಿಶಾಲಿ…
