नरे दक्ष स्वकीया च स्त्रियां वामा प्रशस्यते । कुम्भको युद्धकाले च तिस्रो नाड्यस्त्रयीगतिः

ಪುರುಷನಿಗೆ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ನಾಡಿಯು ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠವೆನಿಸಿದೆ, ಸ್ತ್ರೀಗೆ ಎಡ ನಾಡಿಯು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಯುದ್ಧಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ತೀವ್ರ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಂಭಕವು (ಉಸಿರನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು) ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂರು ನಾಡಿಗಳ ಜ್ಞಾನವೇ ತ್ರಿವಿಧ ಗತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಜೀವನದ ಮೂರು ಅವಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ…
