shivasvarodayaH.pdf 25 शिवस्वरोदयः यस्मिन्नङ्गे स्थितो जीवस्तत्रस्थः परिपृच्छति । तदा जीवति जीवोऽसौ यदि रोगैरुपद्रुतः

ಯಾವ ಅಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವನು ನೆಲೆಗೊಂಡಿರುವನೋ, ಆ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು (ಶ್ವಾಸದ ಸ್ವರವನ್ನು) ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಆಗ ಆ ಜೀವಿಯು ಬದುಕುತ್ತಾನೆಯೋ ಅಥವಾ ರೋಗಗಳಿಂದ ಪೀಡಿತನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆಯೋ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯಬಹುದು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಶ್ವಾಸೋಚ್ಛ್ವಾಸಗಳ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು…
