प्रश्ने चाधःस्थितो जीवो नूनं जीवो हि जीवति । ऊर्ध्वचारस्थितो जीवो जीवो याति यमालयम्

ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವಾಗ ಉಸಿರು ಕೆಳಮುಖವಾಗಿ (ಅಪಾನ ವಾಯುವಿನ ಪ್ರವಾಹದಲ್ಲಿ) ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ನಿಶ್ಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಉಸಿರು ಮೇಲ್ಮುಖವಾಗಿ (ಬ್ರಹ್ಮರಂಧ್ರದ ಕಡೆಗೆ) ಸಂಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ, ಆ ಜೀವನು ಯಮನ ನಿವಾಸವನ್ನು ತಲುಪುತ್ತಾನೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಮರಣವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ…
