एकस्य भूतस्य विपर्ययेण रोगाभिभूतिर्भवतीह पुंसाम्। तयोर्द्वयोर्बन्धुसुहृद्विपत्तिः पक्षद्वये व्यत्ययतो मृतिः स्यात्

ಒಂದೇ ಪ್ರಾಣದ (ಶ್ವಾಸದ) ವೈಪರೀತ್ಯದಿಂದ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ರೋಗಗಳುಂಟಾಗುತ್ತವೆ; ಆ ಎರಡು ಶ್ವಾಸಗಳ (ಇಡ ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಂಗಲೆ) ಸಂಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಧು ಅಥವಾ ಮಿತ್ರನಿಗೆ ಆಪತ್ತು ಬರುತ್ತದೆ; ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡು ಪಕ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಯ (ತಪ್ಪು ಹರಿವು) ಉಂಟಾದರೆ ಮರಣ ಸಂಭವಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಶಿವ ಸ್ವರೋದಯದ ಈ ಪದ್ಯವು…
