अथ स्वरज्ञानप्रशंसा । अथ स्वरं प्रवक्ष्यामि शरीरस्थस्वरोदयम्। हंसचारस्वरूपेण भवेज्ज्ञानं त्रिकालजम्

ಈಗ ಉಸಿರಿನ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ವರ್ಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಶರೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಸ್ವರೋದಯವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸುವೆನು. ಹಂಸದ (ಪ್ರಾಣದ) ಸಂಚಾರದ ಸ್ವರೂಪದ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ತ್ರಿಕಾಲಗಳ (ಭೂತ, ವರ್ತಮಾನ, ಭವಿಷ್ಯ) ಜ್ಞಾನವು ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಸ್ವರೋದಯ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಮೂಲ ಆಧಾರವನ್ನು…
