पूर्णोऽपि निर्गमश्श्वासे सुतत्त्वेऽपि न सिद्धिदः । सूर्यश्चन्द्रोऽथवा नॄणां सङ्ग्रहे सर्वसिद्धिदः

পূর্ণও হয়েও নির্গমন-শ্বাস সুতত্ত্বের কারণে সিদ্ধি দেয় না। সূর্য বা চন্দ্র — এই দুই নাড়ী মানুষের যখন সংগ্রহে (সংযমে) থাকে, তখন সর্বসিদ্ধি দান করে। এই শ্লোকে শিব বলছেন যে কেবল পূর্ণশ্বাস বা নির্গমন-শ্বাস অনুশীলন করলেই সিদ্ধি পাওয়া যায়…
