अथ तत्त्वबीजध्यानवर्णनम्। लं बीजं धरणीं ध्यायेच्चतुरस्रां सुपीतभाम्। सुगन्धां स्वर्णवर्णाभां प्राप्नुयाद्देहलाघवम्

ಥ ತತ್ತ್ವಬೀಜಧ್ಯಾನವರ್ಣನಮ್। ಲಂ ಬೀಜಂ ಧರಣೀಂ ಧ್ಯಾಯೇಚ್ಚತುರಸ್ರಾಂ ಸುಪೀತಭಾಮ್। ಸುಗಂಧಾಂ ಸ್ವರ್ಣವರ್ಣಾಭಾಂ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ನುಯಾದ್ದೇಹಲಾಘವಮ್ ಈ ಪದ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಸ್ವರೋದಯದ ತತ್ತ್ವದ ಬೀಜವಾದ 'ಲಂ' ಎಂಬ ಬೀಜಾಕ್ಷರದ ಧ್ಯಾನದ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ವರ್ಣಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗುರು ಶಿವನು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವಿದ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು…
