Verse 1.210

वं बीजं वारुणं ध्यायेत्तत्त्वमर्द्धशशिप्रभम्। क्षुत्तृष्णादिसहिष्णुत्वं जलमध्ये च मज्जनम्

ವಂ ಬೀಜವನ್ನು, ವಾರುಣ ತತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು, ಅರ್ಧಚಂದ್ರನ ಬೆಳಕಿನಂತೆ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ಧ್ಯಾನಿಸಬೇಕು. ಹಸಿವು, ಬಾಯಾರಿಕೆ ಮುಂತಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಶಕ್ತಿ, ಮತ್ತು ನೀರಿನ ನಡುವೆ ಮುಳುಗುವುದು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ 'ವಂ' ಎಂಬ ಬೀಜವನ್ನು ವಾರುಣ ತತ್ತ್ವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜೋಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ವಾರುಣ ಎಂದರೆ…
