Verse 1.220

श्रीदेव्युवाच । कथं प्राणस्थितो वायुर्देहः किं प्राणरूपकः । तत्त्वेषु सञ्चरन्प्राणो ज्ञायते योगिभिः कथम्

ಶ್ರೀ ದೇವಿ ಕೇಳಿದಳು — ಪ್ರಾಣವು ಹೇಗೆ ದೇಹದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸುತ್ತದೆ? ದೇಹವೇ ಪ್ರಾಣದ ರೂಪವೇ? ತತ್ತ್ವಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ಸಂಚರಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಹೇಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುವರು? ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯು ಶಿವ ಸ್ವರೋದಯದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಡುತ್ತದೆ. ದೇವಿಯು ಪರಮಶಿವನನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ…
