Verse 1.101

शुभान्यशुभकार्याणि क्रियन्तेऽहर्निशं यदा । तत्तत्कार्यानुरोधेन कार्यं नाडीप्रचालनम्

ಶುಭ ಮತ್ತು ಅಶುಭ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ದಿನ ಮತ್ತು ರಾತ್ರಿ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆಯೋ, ಆಗ ಆಯಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ನಾಡಿಯನ್ನು (ಶ್ವಾಸದ ಹರಿವನ್ನು) ಚಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಸ್ವರೋದಯ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಮೂಲ ತತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಜೀವನವು ಶುಭ ಮತ್ತು ಅಶುಭ ಎಂಬ ಎರಡು…
