स्वरे वेदाश्च शास्त्राणि स्वरे गान्धर्वमुत्तमम्। स्वरे च सर्वत्रैलोक्यं स्वरमात्मस्वरूपकम्

ಶ್ವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ವೇದಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ಅಡಗಿವೆ; ಶ್ವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದ ಗಾನವಿದ್ಯೆಯಿದೆ. ಶ್ವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮೂರು ಲೋಕಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವವೂ ಅಂತರ್ಗತವಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಶ್ವಾಸವೇ ಆತ್ಮನ ನಿಜಸ್ವರೂಪವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ ಶಾರೀರಿಕ ಉಸಿರಾಟ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸದೆ, ಅದನ್ನು…
