Verse 1.18

नाडीभेदं तथा प्राणतत्त्वभेदं तथैव च । सुषुम्नामिश्रभेदं च यो जानाति स मुक्तिगः

ನಾಡಿಗಳ ಭೇದವನ್ನೂ, ಪ್ರಾಣ ತತ್ವದ ಭೇದವನ್ನೂ, ಹಾಗೂ ಸುಷುಮ್ನೆಯ ಮಿಶ್ರ ಭೇದವನ್ನೂ ಯಾರು ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಾನೋ, ಅವನು ಮುಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವವನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವ ಸ್ವರೋದಯದ ಒಂದು ಮೂಲಭೂತ ತತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾಡಿಗಳೇ ಪ್ರಾಣ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ವಿವಿಧ ಹರಿವುಗಳು. ಇಡಾ, ಪಿಂಗಲಾ ಮತ್ತು…
